Requirements for a Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin laptop

Major Processor

Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin

As you may know, there are two primary aspects to any gaming experience: [graphics](an image of a computer with an intel processor and an amd graphics card) and CPU. Both of them come in as many varieties, but there are still plenty of options to choose from. There’s Intel’s 10th generation Core i3-i9 or AMD’s 3rd generation Ryzen 3-Ryzen 9 CPUs.

Requirements

It all depends on what you want to play and how demanding the game is. With that in mind, let’s say you’re interested in Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin. Well, I have good news and bad news for you. The good news is that it doesn’t take a lot of processing power to run this game well – but the bad news is that it’s not very CPU-friendly either.

The minimum requirement would be a Core i3-1115G4 – being one the best options (and having relatively decent integrated graphics card) compared to other options on the market today. If you’re seeking a smoother gameplay experience, I recommend an Intel Core i5-11260H or AMD Ryzen 5 4600H – which will offer a noticeable boost in FPS (as long as your GPU is up to snuff). Finally, if you want to maximize performance for a 4K/120Hz display setup – I recommend looking into one of these top-tier CPUs: Intel Core i7-11800H or AMD Ryzen 7 5800H.

Recommendations

In conclusion, I recommend looking for one of the following CPUs:

  • Core i3-1115G4 – the bare minimum.
  • i5-11260H or Ryzen 5 4600H – a middle-of-the-road option for gaming
  • i7-11800H or Ryzen 7 5800H – high performance for gamers with high resolution and high refresh rate displays
TL;DR
  • Graphics card and CPU are the most vital laptop components for a good gaming experience
  • Core i3/Ryzen 3 is the bare minimum
  • Core i5-11260H or Ryzen 5 4600H – a middle-of-the-road option for gaming
  • Core i7-11800H or Ryzen 7 5800H – for high performance machines

Major Graphics card

Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin

Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin is not very demanding game in terms of GPU power. In fact, it’s just barely enough to call it medium-demanding when compared to other modern games. As such, your first question is what kind of budget you have for your laptop. Think about your budget for a second and read on!

Minimum graphics (under $1000)

For integrated graphics chips, I recommend that you avoid this option at all costs. The performance will not be satisfying and even with the lowest settings, you’re unlikely to reach anything near playable FPS rate. For all intents and purposes, this is not an option for Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin. If your budget is really tight, go for low-end dedicated graphics cards as RTX 1650 or RTX 3050 (preferably Ti versions). Any of these will deliver enormous advantage compared to even the last generation of integrated graphics cards.

Recommended graphics ($1000 – $1600)

Next options on the list are the mid range dedicated GPUs. That’s more than sufficient for playing Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin. You can expect around 60 FPS on medium settings from GTX 1660. But it’s worth noting that there are many other games out there that will be too demanding for this chip.

Another stop on our list is RTX 3060, which will reach stable 60+ FPS on highest settings at Full HD and 1440p resolutions. These are the sweet spot cards for playing Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin and many other modern games. A key takeaway here is that the requirements of this particular game are just a tad bit lower than what we’ve seen in other games. Some other titles

Best graphics ($2000 and up)

For those who want to get their money’s worth from their purchase, I recommend spending around $2000 or more on a laptop that comes with either RTX 3060 or RTX 3070 (assuming budget permits).

TL;DR
  • if you have a $1000 – $1600 budget, get a laptop with integrated graphics chip or AMD/Intel APU
  • if you have a $2000+ budget, get a laptop with GTX 1650 Max-Q or RTX 3060/3070 graphics card (or better)

Major Memory

Final Fantasy Origin

With Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin, for example, the game needs a fair amount of RAM to run smoothly. It’s not that different from other games – Cyberpunk 2077, Call of Duty: Warzone, or Battlefield V.

Minimum (8 GB)

To play Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin on a 8 GB RAM laptop, you need to keep tabs on the game while playing it. That means closing all browser tabs, quitting all apps, and making sure your computer doesn’t need anything else at the moment – no updates or downloads running in the background. If you can do that – 8 GB might do the job. But honestly, I really don’t recommend buying new laptop with less than 16 GB of RAM as it will bottleneck your system and will struggle while multitasking.

Recommended (16 GB)

16 GB is a very good amount of RAM. It will let you do pretty much anything on your laptop, as long as you don’t need to have too many things open at the same time. It’s more than enough for gaming, work, and anything in-between. It is safe to say that 16 GB of RAM is the sweet spot for today.

Best (32 GB)

If you want to avoid all that hassle – go for 32 GB instead! It might be an overkill for this specific game, but if you plan on using your new laptop for extended period of time, there is no doubt you will benefit from having more RAM.

TL;DR
  • 8 GB is the bare minimum for Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin
  • 16 GB of RAM is the sweet spot for this and many other games
  • 32 GB is the best choice, as it will allow you to play the game without worrying about your computer slowing down or crashing due to memory issues.
